　　The 2024 Spring Campus Job Fair, sponsored by the Education and Sports Bureau of Yongning County, the Employment, Entrepreneurship and Talent Service Center of Yongning County, the Employment, Entrepreneurship and Talent Service Center of Helan County, and the Science and Technology Innovation Center of Helan County, was held on March 14th at our school, more than 50 companies participated and provided 430 job opportunities, fully enforce General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions and instructions on youth work and employment work, the decision and deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council to "stabilize employment" and "ensure employment". Solidly carry out the employment work for the 2024 graduates, build a bridge between graduates and employers, and promote high-quality employment for students.

　　This campus job fair has effectively expanded the employment channels for students, provided a broad employment platform for our school graduates, and effectively helped students find employment early and secure good jobs. While deepening cooperation between government, school, and enterprises, it has guided students to consciously combine their own situations with career goals and establish a correct career outlook. According to statistics, the job fair has attracted more than 2000 students from our school, and more than 600 graduates have initially reached employment intentions.

Graduates had in-depth face-to-face communication with the company representative based on their personal situation. Except fresh graduates, there was also many lower grade students who actively participate. Under the guidance of school teachers, they communicated with enterprises, understand employment needs, current social employment status and job requirements, and help students purposefully adjust their career plans and establish employment goals.

In the past three years, the vocational education School entrance examination enrollment rate has reached 76%, and the one-time employment rate of graduates has reached over 90%.
